It all started on a fine Spring day of 2014 when our brewmaster Raoul, shared his homebrew called Manila Pale Ale to hundreds of his homebrew co-members in the East Coast. The group took notice of his exceptional skills and enjoyed his creation. That night he wasn’t able to sleep, he was overflowing of inspirations and ideas. Raoul was on his way to open a brewery with two of his homebrew buddies in Virginia but he later realized his calling was in Manila.

FOOD (Pulutan With A Twist)
We don’t like to toot our own horn, but people say our food is legendary. Maybe it’s because they’ve slammed a couple of beers already. Our food ranges from old school pulutan dishes to pub style burgers & small plates. An Elias drinking session isn’t complete if you haven’t tried our Wicked Sisig, Crispy Bagnet Belly, Mushroom Tempura, & Nacho Supreme.
