Our version of the unofficial National Dish. Diced grilled pork mask, chicken liver, and onions. 

Cooking Instructions:

Thaw the pork sisig inside the refrigerator.

No need to add oil. Gently place thawed pork sisg in a medium-high heat pan, add minced onions, saute until well incorporated.

Cook until desired crispiness.

Best served on a pre-heated sizzling plate.
