Cooking Instructions:
Thaw the pork sisig inside the refrigerator.
No need to add oil. Gently place thawed pork sisg in a medium-high heat pan, add minced onions, saute until well incorporated.
Cook until desired crispiness.
Best served on a pre-heated sizzling plate.
